Order Processing Time
Our orders are processed within 5-7 business days. During seasonal times such as Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 10 business days. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or email us for confirmation.
If you need help with your order please contact us at earsfortheculture@gmail.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
Where do we ship to?
We ship orders from Texas to anywhere in the United States and Canada with plans to expand to new countries by the end of 2022.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Checking Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at earsfortheculture.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
